mine and brooklyn's relationship isn't the absolute greatest one, however, it's still pretty awesome. brooklyn and i get along a lot better when we're apart. some says it's sad, but that's just how it is.

recently, i've looked to brooklyn for a lot of help, advice, and support. she's been an amazing sister to me these past few weeks. i literally don't know what i'd do without her.

she's one of my very best friends, along with my younger sister, rachel.

brooklyn has gone through more trials than i could ever go through. she's remained so strong in the church despite everything that's been thrown at her. brooklyn is always true to herself and i admire that more than anyone can ever imagine. my older gets the bigger picture, and so when i need help realizing that i'm only paying attention to the smaller one, she's right there pushing me in the right direction.

i love her and miss her more than anyone right now.

because i don't really care for all of you bloggers to know who i was having this conversation with, i'm going to name them barb. barb gave me some very good advice on something i was extremely torn about. when i was put in the situation i was put it, i turned to barb before anyone else because i'd knew he/she could relate to how i was feeling. here is what they said.

Homecoming 2011.

i went to homecoming with jeff kerr this year. and can i just tell you, my date did everything right.

he picked a good place for dinner,

he had a fun group,

he had an entertaining night activity,

he was so polite,

and he was seriously the funnest date i've ever had.

{to those who have taken me to a dance before} you were great! but jeff was greater. sorry about it.

Fashion.

over these passed few years, i've really tried to find my style that i think fits my personality. i like to think i'm in it, when it comes to fashion. i don't dress like the majority of my friends. i wear things a lot of people find weird, but that's what makes me like them. i think the way someone dresses shows a lot about who they are on the inside.
